Why have you changed the dates of the 2020 show?
In light of the recent Government annoucements regarding mass gatherings and social distancing, we have postponed the National Flower Show to new dates after the impact of the Coronavirus outbreak. For more information, please click here.

What were the original dates, and what are the new dates?
The show was originally set to take place on Friday 15th, Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th May 2020. The National Flower Show will now be running on Friday 21st, Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd May 2021.

I already have tickets for the May 2020 show – can I use these at the May 2021 show?
Yes, absolutely! All tickets for our 2020 show are valid for the 2021 dates. Due to the Government roadmap restrictions, we are having to limit capacity each day. Please email support@yourticketbooking.com with your Booking Reference Number and let the team know which day you wish to attend the show. The team will then issue you with new tickets. 

Can I speak to someone about my ticket booking?
If you have problems with your tickets or are unable to make the new dates, please contact our ticket support team at RedBox who will be able to assist you. Please call 0333 242 7912 or email support@yourticketbooking.com.

What COVID safety precautions will you have in place for this year’s show?
We take the safety of our visitors and exhibitors very seriously and will have a number of COVID safety measures in place including sanitisation stations, wider shopping aisles and social distancing. You can find more details here.



Can I book my tickets online? 
Tickets for this year’s event are limited and can ONLY be booked in advance on our website by clicking here. Tickets will not be available to purchase on the gate. For full ticket prices click here.
I’m having problems with my ticket booking – what should I do?
If you have a ticket enquiry, please email support@yourticketbooking.com or call 0333 242 7912. Lines are open Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm excluding Bank Holidays. Calls are charged at 7p per minute plus any network charges from your supplier. On show days, lines will be open from 8am to 11am on Friday 21st, Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd May 2021. 
I’ve booked the wrong date on my tickets! Can I amend the booking?
Yes, please email support@yourticketbooking.com with your Booking Reference Number and the team will be able to assist you. But please note that tickets can only be used once and are non transferable to another show.
Do I need to print my tickets?
No, this year we are encouraging customers not to print tickets. Instead, please have your tickets ready for scanning on your smartphone when you arrive at the show.
Do you offer group ticket rates?
Yes, special group rates are available for parties of eight or more. Please click on the ‘Adult Group Ticket’ option when you book online for our group booking rates. You can book group tickets here.
Do you have a concession for carers?
Yes, we offer free entry for carers. You will need to book tickets for everyone else in your group but the carer/s will receive complimentary entry. Just let the team on the gate know and they will arrange entry.
I can no longer attend – can I get a refund?
We’re sorry if you can’t join us but all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
I can’t find my ticket confirmation email – what should I do?
Sometimes our ticket confirmation emails end up in people’s junk mail (we try not to take it personally). Follow this link to the ticket booking page, then click on ‘More Information’. There should be an option to ‘Resend My Email’. Click this and your tickets should be resent through to you. For further assistance, please email support@yourticketbooking.com or call 0333 242 7912. Lines are open Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm excluding Bank Holidays. Calls are charged at 7p per minute plus any network charges from your supplier.
Is there an additional charge for parking?
No, parking at Hylands House is free for visitors. There are plenty of car parking spaces available, some hard-standing and the remainder on grass.
How far is the car park from the House entrance?
The main car park is between five minute walk to the House entrance.
Are there parking facilities for those who need accessibility?
Yes. The spaces are as close as possible to the House entrance. Please ask staff on arrival and they will direct you to these spaces. More information on accessibility at Hylands House can be attained from General Enquiries on 01245 605500.
Does the show take place inside or outside?
The National Flower Show takes place outside on Hylands Estate (behind the Hylands House). There will also be several undercover areas including the Floral Pavilion, the Craft & Gift Pavilion and the Fine Food & Drink Pavilion.
What’s the ground like?
The ground that the show will be taking place on is fairly flat, however please be advised that the show does take place on grass and there is a slight incline.
Are dogs allowed in the grounds?
Dogs on leads are allowed in the extensive parkland around the House, but not in the House itself. Guide dogs for the blind or for the hard of hearing are, however, welcome in all areas. Please respect our surroundings and pick up any waste after your dog and dispose of it in the dog litter bins that are situated in various places around the park.
Is picnicking allowed?
Yes, you are more than welcome to bring a picnic blanket and your own collapsable seating to the show.
Will food be available at the show?
Yes, there will be an array of stands selling a selection of food and refreshments in our Village Green area.
Can I enter the Show more than once during my visit?
Yes, we will issue hand stamps for anyone wishing to return throughout the day of their visit.
