I’ve booked the wrong date on my tickets! Can I amend the booking?

There’s no need to amend your booking. Your tickets will be valid to use on any day of the National Flower Show regardless of the date on them. But please note that tickets can only be used once and are non transferable.

I can’t find my ticket confirmation email – what should I do?

Sometimes our ticket confirmation emails end up in people’s junk mail (we try not to take it personally) but all you need to access the show is your unique booking reference number. If you quote this on the gate the team will have a record of your booking and allow you entry. If you can’t find your reference number call our team on 01702 549623 and we can give you your reference number over the phone. Please note that phones are only operated during office hours Mon-Fri (9am – 5pm).

Is there an additional charge for parking?

No, parking at Hylands House is free for visitors. There are plenty of car parking spaces available, some hard-standing and the remainder on grass.

How far is the car park from the House entrance?

The main car park is between five minute walk to the House entrance.

Are there parking facilities for those who need accessibility?

Yes. The spaces are as close as possible to the House entrance. Please ask staff on arrival and they will direct you to these spaces. More information on accessibility at Hylands House can be attained from General Enquiries on 01245 605500.

What’s on offer for children?

There will be a wide range of entertainment at the show for children.

Are dogs allowed in the grounds?

Dogs on leads are allowed in the extensive parkland around the House, but not in the House itself. Guide dogs for the blind or for the hard of hearing are, however, welcome in all areas. Please respect our surroundings and pick up any waste after your dog and dispose of it in the dog litter bins that are situated in various places around the park.

Is picnicking allowed?

Yes, you are welcome to picnic in any public areas of the Park.

Do I need to pre-book my tickets?

Tickets can be pre-bought on our website or alternatively, purchased on the day of the show at our Box Office which is situated at the entrance of the House.

Can I enter the Show more than once during my visit?

Yes, we will issue hand stamps for anyone wishing to return throughout the day of their visit.
