I’ve booked the wrong date on my tickets! Can I amend the booking?

I don’t have access to a printer and/or can’t print my tickets – can I still come to the show?

Ideally we prefer all of our customers to print their tickets, but if you are unable to print the tickets, we do also accept viewing on smartphones.

I can’t find my ticket confirmation email – what should I do?

Sometimes our ticket confirmation emails end up in people’s junk mail (we try not to take it personally).  If you have a ticket enquiry, please email or call 0844 776 7766.
